Terms and Conditions ong39 — Guide Platform Usage

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and ong39 ("Platform", "us"). This document governs your entire relationship with the ong39 platform, including use of the website, mobile app, games, promotions, and all services offered.

By performing any of the following actions, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein:

• Non-ong39 employees: Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of ong39 staff are not permitted to register as members or participate in any promotion.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one ong39 account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, IP addresses, bank accounts, or devices — are strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts without compensation.

By registering, you agree to:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information — including your full name as per your ID, active mobile number, and valid email address
• Updating your personal information when changes occur
• Keep your password confidential and never share your login credentials with anyone
• Notifying ong39 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation

Ong39 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized third-party use of your account if you fail to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials.

All financial transactions on the ong39 platform are processed through approved payment methods integrated with our system. Funds deposited into an ong39 account are intended solely for online gaming purposes.

Deposit requirements:

• The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction
• Accepted payment methods include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost
• The bank account or digital wallet used for deposits must be registered under the same name as the ong39 account
• Ong39 does not accept cash deposits or transfers from third parties.

Withdrawal requirements:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet verified in the member's name
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is approved
• Ong39 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for any withdrawal exceeding a certain threshold
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal

• Members are prohibited from using any automated software or tools to play, including bots, scripts, or other automation programs
• Any attempt to exploit bugs or technical errors in games must be reported to customer support immediately. Wins resulting from bug exploitation will not be honoured.
• In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, ong39's server records are final and binding
• Ong39 reserves the right to void any bet or game suspected of involving fraud, hacking, or other unlawful activity

The return-to-player (RTP) rate for each slot and casino game is available for review in the respective game information section. RTP values are long-term averages and do not guarantee individual game outcomes.

Ong39 is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and enjoyable platform environment for all members. As such, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language toward ong39 staff or other members
• Any attempt at fraud, including the use of false or stolen payment information
• Money laundering activity through repeated deposits and withdrawals
• Sharing or selling your account to another party
• Attempting to hack, launch cyberattacks, or disrupt platform operations
• Impersonating another individual when dealing with customer support

Violating any of the rules above may result in permanent account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and legal action where applicable.

Members may close their ong39 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, all wagering requirements tied to active bonuses must be fulfilled, and any eligible real-money balance will be returned to the member via standard withdrawal procedures.

Ong39 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breaching any terms and conditions in this document
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Multiple account ownership
• Upon request by the relevant authorities

In cases of account closure due to a terms violation, ong39 reserves the right to forfeit all bonuses, bonus-derived winnings, and balances associated with the violating activity. For genuine deposit balances not involved in any violation, ong39 will assess each case individually.

The ong39 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability, ong39 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or data loss.

• Ong39 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses suffered by members as a result of using the platform.
• Ong39 is not responsible for service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including internet failures, natural disasters, or third-party actions.
• Ong39's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total actual deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim

Ong39 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to this agreement will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate arbitration body or court.
